Home Health Care is provided to patients in their home by skilled clinical licensed professionals. It is an alternative to receiving care in a nursing home or hospital.
Maxlife Home Health Care focuses on recovering patients who are ill with a chronic
condition, such as heart failure or acute health conditions like surgery for a hip replacement or injuries. Home health care permits an early discharge from a nursing home or hospital, reduces hospital admission and length of stay, promoting rapid recovery and the ability to regain self-Independence that allows the patient to return to the comforts of their own home and back to a familiar routine.
People of all ages, however, most individuals age 65 and older, due to the following needs, but not limited to:
